staff was nice, some better than others, but it was overpriced for services received.

location was good, beach was small, seemed understaffed and a lot of services or things advertised were not available or no longer in use.

not a lot of options for food, didn’t have the items for accommodating food allergies, alternative dairy options, bar service was slow and selective, room service took an hour and no pre order options available or night before orders.

Overall a 10/10 trip. Our goal was complete disconnect and get away from life and that is certainly what we got he

If you’re nervous about this resort from previous reviews on here, don’t be! Our entire stay was amazing. The staff was super nice and accommodating and the views from the resort were incredible. The property itself was decorated super well and was very clean overall. The beach on site was one of the bests with the most clear blue water and tons of tropical fish right at your feet! The food was actually super good as well and the restaurants had great portion sizes/options. Tons of other guests highly recommended leaving the property to site see and we definitely would have if we would’ve been here longer. The entertainment staff was also super fun!

There was only 1 bar really open the whole time which caused a little bit of a wait time, but didn’t really matter since we weren’t in a rush to go anywhere. The staff worked as quickly and hard as they could to make sure everyone was waited on. On the busier days (Wednesday and Thursday) you had to get up pretty earlier to claim your spot by the pool/beach but again, not a huge deal.

It was a great view and people, just not the resort I was thinking it was going to be.

The location was amazing and the staff was friendly and really nice. Drinks were really good. They took forever to clean the room.

Not many restaurants to pick from, staff doesn’t really seem to be a fast pace with anything, I waited 2 hours for my room once I got there. The pasta restaurant Portofino was horrible. They don’t have much to pick from on room service menu. Needs updated a little.

Overall the resort was ok, lots of things to do.

The buffet food was good, the location was convenient, I loved the resort was all inclusive.

The specialty restaurant food was awful, the all inclusive liquor was poor quality.

Great stay for the CNSJ.

The breakfast was good, the staff at the breakfast was very friendly and helpful. I got a good service. The room was clean. I requested a room facing the CNSJ area, and I got this. Thank you so very much.

There was a problem in the kitchen and the alarm in the hotel went off at 3 AM. We all went down to the lobby. But know one could tell us what was happening. After a while they told us that the alarm went of by mistake. I could not sleep after this. I do understand that this could happen, but we were not informed properly. And nothing was done to compensate this error. I'm also trying to book for CNSJ next year, but apparently you guys are already full.

Very Good

A good place to relax and too not worry about anything, staff was great at check in very friendly and helpful, room was great, happy with the ocean view upgrade that make our stay even greater.

The only thing they can get better at, is at the bar, I don’t think workers have a great strategy of work and serving drinks to people, had to wait a lot for drinks and sometimes makes us not want it a drink just because of the waiting time just a few of the bartenders were nice.

Natural pool is good. Buffet and snacks are good. Room facilities are good.

Staff actitud was rude. Some days restaurants were closed without previous warning or communication to guests. I suffer a injury and they don't have a nursery to attend events. Snack point close before of time many times.

Great view and vibes, but the food needs great improvement.

Beautiful view! I will say that the cocktails were great, the employees at hideaway bar and the grill restaurant next to it were friendly. There was a male employee who wore a green shirt (I wish I remembered his name) who was amazing! Very friendly and went out of his ways to made sure we got what we wanted.

The website mentions that there’s a shuttle bus to downtown but when we asked they said there wasn’t one. This was one of the main reasons why we chose this resort so we kinda felt scammed already. The food is very low quality, lacks taste and doesn’t represent Curaçao’s tasty cuisine. We talked to some tourist and they were very unhappy with the food as well. The buffet had birds eating the snacks, however the next day the food was covered. Sometimes the food made my friend and I sick. To be honest I wish we could be refunded at least partially.

I receive better services in the Dominican Republic and in Mexico

The staff weren’t friendly they move slow. They don’t give you the attention that you require. They don’t greet the guest, you pass them on the property they don’t give you eye contact and they don’t give you any type of good morning or good evening. My first night there when I arrive there was no water the front desk claimed that it was something simple and water will be turned on within 15 minutes. Water arrived around 10PM. There a link in the buffet and it took them over an hour to clean up all the water. Staff was taking pictures and video not sure why because nothing was being done. Staff were walking in the puddle of water as if wasn’t there. Tracking water in other places where guest or staff could fall. Our shower drained was clogged and the young man that came to fix it said he would be back he needs to get another tool. He never returned. My experience there was very unpleasant. All your staff need to be trained in hospitality.

The food was horrible. The drinks were horrible.

Most of the staff was great, always in a good mood and very helpful. The place is very nice, well organized and with good facilities. The breakfast buffet was great. The view from the room is spectacular, the food is quite good.

The bar was almost always very crowded and understaffed, with the lonely barman having to deal with 20-30 people being obviously overwhelmed and in a lousy mood. The buffet for dinner was open only once in the week we were there, contrarily to what advertised. The swimming pool was unsupervised, and (pretty drunk) people were spilling cocktails and smoking inside the pool (with ash floating all over the place), which is not ideal when one has little kids around, as in our case.

A splendid week with joy in the hot sun at the sea

We came with some family and friends for the jazz music which was in the world trade center not far from the hotel where we could eat and drink the whole day and had a good sleep

The staff was friendly but not always correct and a little bit slow
